Money Back Process

  1. Email to info@thingy.club to apply for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  2. We will review and send you email for the instruction of return.
  3. You may return the unwanted product. Mail it to the nominated address in the instruction of return.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Conditions

  • Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee lasts 30 days since your purchase. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must:
    1. be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    2. be in the original packaging.
    3. has a receipt or proof of purchase from ThingyClub. 
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
    1. any item not in its original condition is damaged.
    2. missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs of your purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs of your purchase  will be deducted from your refund.

    You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet,

    1. Check your bank account again.
    2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Ownership of the Goods in Delivery 

    We try to ensure that all Products are delivered in a prompt and timely manner. However, from time to time, it is possible that shipping and other factors outside of Our control may result in delays. ThingyClub does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays.

    ThingyClub is not responsible for un-tracked mails, we strongly suggest customers to go with Secured Trackable Parcel Service.

    The date of dispatch listed in the confirmation email is the estimated date of dispatch as is reasonably estimated by ThingyClub and is subject to change without notice. Where scheduled dispatch of a Product is delayed by more than one week, Customers will be notified by e-mail via the e-mail address nominated in their Order.

    ThingyClub is not responsible for the delivery time of Products. Once Products have been dispatched, it is the Customers responsibility to liaise with the courier nominated by ThingyClub (as notified to the Customer) in relation to date and time of delivery. ThingyClub shall not be liable for any inaccuracy of information provided to Customers relating to the date and time of delivery.
