Every product that we have available for sale here at ThingyClub is 100% UK stock. It means that:

  • They are fully certified for sale into the UK retail market.
  • Each of them is supplied with a local manufacturer warranty. 

ThingyClub Warranty

All ThingyClub products are backed by a 12 month comprehensive warranty. During the warranty period, you are entitled to free replacement for major failure.

Please check the contents of your order. Wrong items dispatched or product damaged on arrival must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Replacement Process

  1. Email to info@thingy.club providing:
    • A detailed description of the damage or fault; and
    • Photos (or video, where appropriate) showing the damage or fault.
    • A receipt or proof of purchase from ThingyClub.
  2. We will review and send you email for the instruction of returning the faulty product.
  3. You may return the faulty product. Mail it to the nominated address in the instruction of return.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your faulty product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement. If you are approved, we would send you a brand new one of the same model or similar within 3 business days.


  • Our warranty lasts 12 month since your purchase. 
  • To be eligible for free replacement, your faulty product must be adequately packaged. All original items must be returned to ThingyClub.


    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

    You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Ownership of the Goods in Delivery 

    We try to ensure that all Products are delivered in a prompt and timely manner. However, from time to time, it is possible that shipping and other factors outside of Our control may result in delays. ThingyClub does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays.

    ThingyClub is not responsible for un-tracked mails, we strongly suggest customers to go with Secured Trackable Parcel Service.

    The date of dispatch listed in the confirmation email is the estimated date of dispatch as is reasonably estimated by ThingyClub and is subject to change without notice. Where scheduled dispatch of a Product is delayed by more than one week, Customers will be notified by e-mail via the e-mail address nominated in their Order.

    ThingyClub is not responsible for the delivery time of Products. Once Products have been dispatched, it is the Customers responsibility to liaise with the courier nominated ThingyClub (as notified to the Customer) in relation to date and time of delivery. ThingyClub shall not be liable for any inaccuracy of information provided to Customers relating to the date and time of delivery.
